• Application for Client Provider Authorization (“CPA”);
• The applicant must nominate at least one person who exercises a key managerial function;

• Personal Information Form for each director, shareholder/beneficial owner with 10% or more ownership or controlling interest, and each person who submits a Key Person License Application Form;

• Client Provider Authorization

The Client Provider Authorization (“CPA”) license, issued by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC), permits holders to operate various types of online gambling services. This license is designed for business-to-consumer (B2C) operations.

• Casino Software Provider Authorization

The Casino Software Provider Authorization (CSPA) license issued by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission is a B2B (Business-to-Business) license. This authorization allows software providers to host their casino gaming software on Kahnawake-based servers and offer it as a service to other licensed operators, specifically those holding a Client Provider Authorization (CPA) license or similar. The CSPA authorizes the software provider to offer gaming solutions to CPA holders and other authorized entities.

• Application Fee – US$40,000, which includes:
  1. US$15,000 (non-refundable);
  2. US$20,000 (refundable if CPA is not granted);
  3. US$5,000: one (1) Key Person Licence application fee.

• Key Person License Application Fee – US$5,000 for each proposed Key Person
• Annual Fees:
  1. Client Provider Authorization – US$20,000
  2. Casino Software Provider Authorization – US$20,000 plus US$3,000 for each third-party online gaming operator named on the operator list for any part of the calendar year.

• Renewal Application Fee:
  1. Client Provider Authorization – US$5,000 (every 5 years);
  2. Casino Software Provider Authorization – US$5,000 (every 5 years).
